ITEM 1: This Vintage Basketball Uniform dates from the 1930-40's. It is a fine quality uniform with matching cloth patches in the jersey and shorts which indicates the makers as the Pittsburgh Sports Shop, out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Felt letters reading Holy Trinity are sewn on to the front of the jersey and the number 4 is sewn on to the front back and the shorts. This wonderful vintage basketball uniform grades solid EX-MT! ITEM 2: 1930-40’s Canvas and Rubber Basketball Shoes. These fine antique basketball shoes are a very nice representation from this era. They are identified as basketball on the ankle patch, as shown in the second image. The shoes are a size 9 1/2 and come complete with the original laces. They are sturdy and in VG-EX condition. This fine vintage basketball uniform includes a white, wool tank-top jersey and quilted basketball shorts complete with the original buckle strap at the waist. The tagging in the shorts is from Nueblings Sporting Goods which were located in Pennsylvania in the cities of Reading, Allentown, Pottstown and Pottsville. The condition is EX-MT. Price $200 |
