1920’s Football Jersey - Navy Blue with White Stripes

This wonderful antique football jersey dates to the early 1920’s. It was made by the Mitchell & Ness Sporting Goods Company out of Philadelphia, PA. The same company that made the professional baseball uniforms for the Philadelphia A’s. The jersey is made of high quality wool and features the Michell & Ness cloth patch sewn inside. A great looking design with white trim across the shoulders, and white bumble bee striping on the sleeves, against navy blue. We have no provenance on the jersey but it is of college or pro quality.
