Offered here is an outstanding representation of early 1920's Vintage Football Pants with adjustable hips pads. The leather patches on the top and bottom of each thigh have two positions which allows the player to adjust his hip pads to either a higher or lower position on each thigh. Made by the Carlisle Hardware Company, athletic equipment out of Springfield Massachusetts. They are marked as a size 34 and remain in solid, excellent condition. These unusual football pants are a light khaki color and show a nice amount of use on the gridiron. A superb pair of antique football pants that are worthy of any vintage football collection!
