Here we are offering one of the more unusual pieces of antique football equipment. This is an exceptional Vintage Football Noseguard. Nicely embossed on the interior is the patent date of September 22, 1891. Also, it is boldly marked with "Morrill's Patent Nose Mask" on the front of the forehead rest. It is a very complete and fine example with the original head strap intact. A nice football noseguard is on every vintage football collector's list. This is an exceptional example that remains in wonderful condition and has an ideal patina!
