This vintage baseball is an exceptional 1940’s J. de Beer & Son Official League Baseball, preserved in its original sealed box — a magnificent and scarcely encountered time capsule from baseball’s golden age. This remarkable example represents the finest ideals of vintage sporting goods preservation, having survived untouched for more than eight decades.

The baseball remains in mint, unused condition, still sheltered within its factory packaging. This original box is equally impressive, remaining fully intact and factory sealed, an almost unheard-of feature for a baseball of this vintage.
